Do you restock sold out items?

If the demand is strong enough, we will consider a restock. At the moment, we only restock as a new color variant.


What shipping method do you use?

Orders are shipped via USPS. Orders will usually ship within 3-5 business days. For apparel orders, it may take up to 7 business days for processing.


What’s your return policy?

PATCHES: Returns are accepted for a full refund of the cost of the product. All returns must be shipped back. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and the refund does not include the cost of originally shipping the order to you.

APPAREL: No returns unless faulty, incorrect, or damaged. Please make sure you order the correct size!


What happens if the item(s) I’ve received are faulty, incorrect, or damaged?

We are sorry for the inconvenience. If you find a problem with your order, please contact us. Please include details about the order and the nature of the problem and we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Due to the limited nature of our products, we cannot guarantee that the item(s) will be replaced.

Any lost items due to the shipper is not our responsibility. The moment a tracking number has been created and provided, the carrier must be contacted for resolution.
